Trade Debrief · AMTrades
Terms of service
Last updated 28 September 2026. These terms are between you and AMTrades, the one-person shop that makes Trade Debrief ("the shop"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. The privacy, refund and AI details live on the small-print page, which is part of these terms.
Your account
- You sign in with an email and password, Google, or Whop. Give an email address you can read — it is how you reset your password.
- One account is for one person. You may use it on as many of your own devices as you like. Do not share your sign-in.
- Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else has it, change it and sign out your other devices in Settings › Account.
- You must be old enough to form a contract where you live, and at least 18.
Subscription
- Whop bills you monthly and renews by itself until you cancel. Whop handles the payment and your card; the shop never sees your card details.
- Etsy sells month codes. Each code gives 31 days from the day you add it to your account. A code added while time is left adds on top. A code can be used on one account only.
- The price is the one shown when you subscribe. If the price changes, you are told at least 30 days before it applies to you. Early subscribers keep their price for as long as their subscription runs without a break.
- Every update to the app is included.
Cancelling and refunds
- Cancel a Whop subscription at any time on Whop. It runs to the end of the month you paid for, then stops. An Etsy month code simply runs out.
- If Trade Debrief does not work on your device, or it is not what you expected, message the shop within 3 days of your first payment and you get a full refund.
- After those 3 days, payments are final. Cancelling stops the next one.
When a subscription ends
You get 7 more days of full use. After that the app is read-only: every screen opens, your whole journal is there, and you can export it — only logging new trades waits until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted because a subscription ended.
Your data
- What you enter is yours. You give the shop permission to store it and show it back to you on your devices — nothing else. It is never sold, shared or used for advertising.
- You can export your journal at any time (Settings › Data), and close your account at any time (Settings › Account). A closed account's journal is kept for 30 days in case it was a mistake, then deleted.
- How it is stored and protected: see Privacy.
Fair use
Please do not:
- share, resell or publish your account, codes or the Access Guide;
- copy, resell or redistribute the app or any part of it, or try to get around the subscription;
- attack, overload or probe the service, or reach data that is not yours;
- use automated tools to hammer the Rules Finder or the sign-in.
An account that does these things can be suspended. Before closing one for good, the shop tells you why and gives you the chance to export your journal.
Not financial advice
Educational tool, not financial advice.
Trade Debrief records what you did and measures it against rules you set. It gives no signals, predictions or trade ideas and makes no claim about the results you will get. The Simulator replays your own past days; it is not a forecast. Firm rules found by the Rules Finder can be wrong or out of date — check them against the firm's own page. Your trading decisions, and their results, are yours.
The service
- The app is provided as it is. The shop works to keep it running and your data safe — nightly snapshots, a 30-day Recently deleted — but cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors.
- The app keeps working offline with what is on your device, and syncs when you are back.
- Features may change as the app improves. If a change removes something you rely on, you can cancel and ask for a refund of the current month.
Liability
As far as the law allows, the shop is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect losses, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Trade Debrief in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, you are told in the app or by email at least 30 days before. Keep using the app after that and the new terms apply; if you do not agree, cancel before they start.
