Trade Debrief · AMTrades
What you are buying
Trade Debrief is a trading journal that installs from your browser on your phone and your laptop. You set your own accounts and rules; it checks every trade against them, shows where each account stands, and turns a week of trades into text you can hand to an AI chat for a review.
This page is the whole of the small print: what the app does with your data, what the licence allows, when you get your money back, and what the app is not.
What is included
- The Trade Debrief web app, used with your own account (email and password, or Google, or Whop), for as long as your subscription runs.
- Clearance, Log trade with a rules guardrail, Trades, Calendar, Dashboard and Settings.
- Accounts for prop-firm evaluations, funded, live and demo accounts; futures, forex, crypto and stocks.
- The Rules Finder, which fills a prop firm's published rules for you, with the link to each source.
- Backup and restore to a file you keep, and an export of any period as text for an AI review.
- A demo with sample data you can explore before entering your own.
- Updates to this version, at no cost.
It does not connect to your broker, show live prices, or place trades. Your journal is saved to your account and is on every device you sign in on.
Privacy
Your journal is private to your account. We never sell it, share it, or use it for anything but showing it to you.
Everything you enter — accounts, rules, trades, notes, reviews, money entries, screenshots — is kept on your device and saved to your Trade Debrief account, so it is on every device you sign in on.
- Your account. Your email, your name, and how you sign in. A password is stored only as a one-way hash; Google and Whop sign-in give us your email and name, never your password there. Each device you sign in on is listed in Settings › Account, and you can sign any of them out.
- Where it is stored. On Cloudflare (database and file storage), encrypted at rest and sent only over HTTPS. Each account can reach its own records and nothing else.
- Who can see it. You. The shop can technically reach the stored data to run the service and fix problems you ask us to fix, and does not look at it otherwise.
- Never lost. A deleted item stays in Recently deleted for 30 days. Each day you change something, a snapshot of the whole journal is kept for 30 days. If your subscription ends, nothing is deleted.
- Subscription. For Whop, the server asks Whop whether your membership is paid and until when. For Etsy, it records the month code you added.
- Rules Finder. When you use it, only what you type — the firm and the account, such as "Apex 50K" — is sent to the Finder's server. To answer, the Finder passes that query to a web-search service (Tavily) and the pages it finds to an AI model (served by Groq). None of your trades, balances or settings go with it, and the Finder keeps no record of your search.
- AI export. The app makes text. You copy it or download it; the app sends nothing. What happens next is between you and the AI service you paste it into.
- No analytics, no tracking cookies, no ads.
- Closing your account. Settings › Account › Close your account removes your journal from the service; a last snapshot is kept for 30 days in case it was a mistake, then it is gone.
Licence
A subscription gives you a personal licence while it is active: one person may use it, on as many of their own devices as they like.
- Whop bills monthly and renews by itself until you cancel on Whop. Etsy sells month codes: each one runs for 31 days from the day you first enter it, and a new one entered early adds on top.
- If a subscription ends, the app keeps working for 7 more days, then becomes read-only: everything you logged stays, every screen opens, and exporting works. Logging new trades starts again when you renew. Nothing is deleted.
- Do not share your account, or publish or resell your codes or the Access Guide.
- Do not copy, resell or redistribute the app or any part of it.
- The app is provided as it is. The shop fixes the problems it can, but does not promise the app will be free of errors, or that a firm's rules found by the Rules Finder are current — always check them against the firm's own page.
- You are responsible for your trading decisions. The shop is not liable for trading losses, or for data lost because it was not backed up.
Refunds
If Trade Debrief does not work on your device, or it is not what you expected, message the shop within 3 days of your first payment and you get a full refund.
After 3 days, payments are final; cancelling stops the next one. The demo is the full app with sample data, so you can see exactly what you are buying first.
Not financial advice
Educational tool, not financial advice.
Trade Debrief records what you did and measures it against rules you set yourself. It gives no signals, predictions, entries, targets or opinions about any market, and it makes no claim about the results you will get. Trading involves risk of loss. Every figure it shows is arithmetic on the trades you entered.
Trade Debrief is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any prop firm, broker or AI company named by you or by the Rules Finder.
AI use
- The Rules Finder uses an AI model to read a firm's public pages and pick out its rules. It only reports a value it can link to a page that states it, and you review every value before it is saved.
- The AI review is done by an AI chat of your choice, from text you paste into it. The export asks it for no signals or predictions, and to end with "Educational tool, not financial advice."
- The app itself, its images and its words were built with the help of AI tools, by a one-person shop.
